Growth Associate

The Growth Associate will support MDIA’s business development and external partnerships work by conducting market research, helping build operational infrastructure, and supporting the execution of ongoing engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, writing, and process-building, and who is excited about working at the intersection of innovation, public impact, and early-stage technology. Familiarity with nonprofit or startup environments is a plus.
