Program Administrative Assistant

MDIA is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant to support the Program Managers by managing contact management, follow-up communications and scheduling.

This assistant will communicate with the public sector, anchor institutional partners and strategic subject matter advisors that support MDIA’s challenge. You will also be responsible for managing the program platforms based on the program managers’ many changing needs. 

This role will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the right elements are in place to maximize the likelihood of success of the Public Innovation Challenge. 

An ideal candidate should have experience working in project management and communications. They are highly relationship oriented, able to listen and understand each program manager's stated (and unstated) needs, translating your understanding into action that can help them.  

They must take a systematic approach in your product or program development, implementing a strategic, regular cadence of check-ins, KPIs and other opportunities. Candidates with experience either working in or supporting early or growth stage companies are encouraged to apply.
